Though “Dancing with the Stars” just this week crowned Alfonso Ribeiro and Witney Carson as Season 19’s Mirror Ball Trophy champs, fans of the hit ABC reality series are already thinking ahead to the next round of the beloved competition – especially since rumors are Season 20 will be the show’s most exciting installment yet. The 2015 season, which will air next spring, will celebrate the competition’s 10-year anniversary, an impressive feat for a reality series.

According to the show’s executive producer, Rob Wade, viewers can anticipate an innovative Season 20 of “DWTS.”

“My vision is that it's going to be a celebration, but we're still going to be innovating. It's still going to be fresher than ever. I want to build on what we've done this season. I want to build on the performances. I want more fun, more humor,” he said to The Wrap, adding that Season 20's celebrity contestants will be cast based on how they stand out from the crowd.

“I really want the show to embrace the madness. I think that's what we do very well. It's a competition, and I take that part very seriously, but at the same time all the extra things we've done this season — the fun we had with Halloween, the surprise packages, the dancers -- those are the things that make the show and make it where the viewer wants to be. I really think our viewers like to be in our ballroom and they should. It's the funnest place to be on television. That's what really the 10th anniversary is all about.”

Wade, who noted that he wants to make the 10-year anniversary of “DWTS” a family-oriented affair, teased some highlights to expect in Season 20:

1. Disney Night – Wade revealed that “DWTS” wants to bring back Disney Night to the ABC dancing series.

“We want to do Disney again. We wanted to give it a rest this season, specifically because we wanted to bring it back for that year,” he told The Wrap.

2. Latin Night – Latin Night was also a huge success for “DWTS,” and there's a plan to revive it in Season 20.

3. Classical Night – Wade confessed that while this idea isn’t set in stone, “DWTS” is making moves to host a classical-themed night for a future episode.

4. Familiar Faces – The EP tickled our fancy when he admitted that Season 20 may bring back friendly faces to the ballroom dance floor.

“Whether it’s all-time pros or ones that appeared in challenges, some of the faces, perhaps, that you haven't seen for a while,” Wade spoke of a possible reunion of former competitors. (Who do you think will be returning to “DWTS” for the 10-year anniversary?)

5. Panel – Wade confirmed that judge Len Goodman will not be taking any hiatuses in the new season.

“The reason he took a few weeks off [in recent seasons] was that he had to travel to London [to shoot the show's U.K. version]. He doesn't have to do that for next season,” the EP said, adding that Goodman won’t miss an episode next year.

Wade concluded that Season 20 will celebrate everything viewers love about the ABC reality dancing competition. “We will continue to work on what we've been working on for the last couple of seasons to make it a relevant and fun show,” he said.
