David Beckham has shared a hilarious insight into his family life after revealing his 10-year-old daughter Harper Seven has her first crush.

The former soccer pro posted a black and white photo of himself looking upset on Instagram Wednesday after his daughter told him that she's crushing on someone just ahead of Valentine's Day.

"Roses are red, Harper Seven mentions she has a crush, and this is daddy's face. But it's OK, she said, 'Daddy, you are my only valentine,'" Beckham wrote alongside the snap of himself sporting a dark T-shirt and sunglasses.

Beckham's fans and followers were apparently amused by his post, which has received more than 1.2 million likes.

"Aw, how cute," one follower commented, while another wrote, "Stay strong, man," with laughing emojis.

Beckham often shares photos of him and Harper on social media. Earlier this month, he posted snaps of them enjoying a "lovely walk" outside in the chilly air. "Daddy and Princess Leia had a lovely walk this morning," he wrote in the caption.

In the first picture, the father and daughter posed beside each other while taking a selfie. Harper wore a pair of gray earmuffs and a blue zip-up fleece jacket. In the second snap, they shared a sweet peck on the lips.

In September 2021, Beckham's wife Victoria shared a clip of Harper as she prepared for her first day of school. When the fashion designer asked her daughter how she was feeling, Harper replied, "Nervous, but very excited."

Beckham then appeared and hugged his daughter, playfully begging her, "Please don't go! Stay with Daddy! Stay with me!"

Beckham and his wife share four children together: Brooklyn Joseph, 22, Romeo James, 19, Cruz David, 16, and Harper.

During a previous interview, Victoria shared that she was told her fourth baby would be a boy. She and her husband were already parents to three boys at that point, but she was still excited for their upcoming bundle of joy. However, before her due date, she received a "lovely surprise" after doctors told her that she was having a girl. The former Spice Girls member said it was "a dream come true."

Harper has been surrounded by boys growing up, and they've influenced her interests, Victoria noted. According to the designer, her daughter "loves football."

"It's like a dagger going into my heart!" Victoria told People of seeing Harper wearing her own jersey while running around their house following her older brothers. "It's very sweet. As much as she is girly, she's a tomboy as well."
