Their time together in the abandoned cabin had been going fairly well, but now, without his medications to keep him calm, Ben is beginning to lose his cool. Now, Ciara will be forced to reason with him if she wants to remain safe on the Friday, July 6 episode of “Days of Our Lives.”

Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) was the one who found Ciara (Victoria Konefal) after her motorcycle accident and tried to bring her to safety, but he was unable to continue carrying her after a certain point, landing them at the same cabin he once held Abigail (Marci Miller) captive in on the NBC soap. After she came to, Ciara told Ben she didn’t want to return to Salem or go to a hospital, so he set her broken leg and the two have since been holed up in the cabin together.

However, Ben, a recently released former serial killer, has run out of his medication and was unable to get more due to the APB Hope (Kristian Alfonso) put out on him in an effort to locate her daughter. Now, without those medications in his system, he is starting to hallucinate, and the situation is starting to become perilous for Ciara.

Now, the teen will be forced to try and reason with Ben as he continues to seemingly lose his mind and imagine worse and worse scenarios for himself and for her. He has already imagined Ciara handcuffed to the bed, something she assured him she wasn’t, but it didn’t calm him down. He has also since spotted the knife he gave her for protection if she felt she needed it from him, and when she tried to remind him where she got it from, he became sinister, saying he may just be the natural born killer everyone thinks he is.

If Ben has once again crossed to the dark side due to his demons and lack of medication to control them, the situation could become more dangerous than Ciara ever imagined it could be, and her life could genuinely wind up being on the line. Now, she will have to find some way to reason with him and try and get Ben back to being the man she was getting to know him as if she still has any hope of surviving.

“Days of Our Lives” airs weekdays on NBC.
