He’s been handed a lot of unexpected and bad news recently that has made him question whether he should even stick around in Salem any longer, but as he considers what his future holds, Leo will make sure to still get the final word in when it comes to his complicated history with Will and Sonny on the Tuesday, March 26 episode of “Days of Our Lives.”

Leo (Greg Rikaart) thought his life might be on somewhat of an upswing in Salem after learning he was John's (Drake Hogestyn) son, even though the reveal forced him to drop the attempted murder charges he had filed against Sonny (Freddie Smith) and Will (Chandler Massey). However, he quickly learned that fate is fickle on the NBC soap, as he became a pawn in Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Stefan’s (Brandon Barash) power games. He then was handed another blow when he learned his mother Diana (Judith Chapman) had lied, and his father was really the man he had grown up with.

Now, he’s not entirely sure of whether or not he really has a future in Salem, even though he is still married to Sonny. Now, when Sonny and Will approach him to try and officially rid themselves of him and properly reunite, he will agree to an annulment of his marriage. However, it will still come with strings attached.

“Leo leaves Sonny and Will with an ominous parting shot,” spoilers reveal.

While it’s unclear what he could be stating to the two and what exactly he’s warning them about, the pair’s long-awaited reunion still won’t be without struggles. Will’s health and well-being has been a constant struggle for him since he came back, especially as he tried to regain his memories from his past life, and if the amount of Dr. Rolf’s serum he used to restore his memories finally comes back to harm him, it could prove to be the biggest challenge he and Sonny have faced yet when it comes to their getting back together.

“Days of Our Lives” airs weekdays on NBC.
