“Days of Our Lives” is ending January 2016 with a bang! The NBC soap opera is promising plenty of drama in Salem starting on Monday, Jan. 25.

Friday’s episode left off with Andre (Thaao Penghlis) attempting to convince Chad (Billy Flynn) that Hope (Kristian Alfonso) killed their father, Stefano (Joseph Mascolo). However, Chad didn’t want to listen. He wasn’t sure if he could trust Andre thanks to his family’s twisted history. But Andre appeared to find the proof he needed after entering an abandoned warehouse that Rafe (Galen Gering) drove by a couple of times.

That wasn’t the only family drama going on. Victor (John Aniston) didn’t appreciate Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) bringing Belle (Martha Madison) on his business trip to Vegas, but chose to bury the hatchet and put his trust in his son. What Victor doesn’t know though is that Philip agreed to work with Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) behind is back. Philip wants out, but Deimos told him that there is no backing out now.

Meanwhile, Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) is still struggling to deal with her pain after the accident. Hope is ready to leave Salem with Ciara (Vivian Jovanni) and Chase (Jonathon McClendon), and Shawn (Brandon Beemer) is back to try to win over Belle.

A preview of “Days of Our Lives” for this week reveals that Rafe is positive that he and Hope will get away with killing Stefano after the warehouse they left the body in gets demolished. But what the two don’t know is that Andre found the murder weapon.

“They will pay for what they did,” Andre promises in the promo video.

Soap Shows is reporting that other drama for the week will include Daniel’s (Shawn Christian) funeral. It’ll be an emotional event as Eric (Greg Vaughan) is forced to “pay respect to his friend in his own way” after officially getting charged with vehicular manslaughter. But Brady (Eric Martsolf) will be distracted as he continues to dream of Nicole (Arianne Zucker).

Elsewhere, Steve (Stephen Nichols) will figure out that Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) is missing and confront Ava (Tamara Braun). Belle will continue to struggle between her feelings for Shawn and Philip, but Philip is ready to do whatever it takes to keep Belle.

“Days of Our Lives” airs on NBC Monday through Friday at 1 p.m. EST.
