Demi Lovato Weight Gain Update: Singer Photographed In Form-Fitting Tights For Workout

Demi Lovato is currently working on her body following her evident weight gain. The recording artist was recently spotted hitting a gym for another sweat session after receiving backlash on social media for her larger frame.

On Monday, Lovato was photographed donning an all-black ensemble comprising a statement hoodie and form-fitting tights. When her ride arrived at the gym, she was seen exiting the black SUV with a pair of slides.

The 26-year-old singer-actress looked happy as she was seen flashing a grin while stepping out of the vehicle. Also visible in the snaps is Lovato’s tight high ballerina bun and makeup-free face. She opted to sport the updo, so she can freely move and focus on her workout.

Last month, the former Disney star decided to break her silence after some news sites took notice of her weight gain. In response to an Inquisitr headline that read, “Demi Lovato Appears To Have A Fuller Figure After Working Up A Sweat In LA,” she wrote in an Instagram Story, “I AM MORE THAN MY WEIGHT.”

Lovato explained that more than the headline, she was angry at the thought that there are still headlines about people’s body shapes. “I’m not upset for myself but for anyone easily influenced by the diet culture,” she noted.

The “Stone Cold” songstress has been busy working on her body for the past few months. She’s been documenting her jiu-jitsu and boxing sessions on social media. Last month, she revealed that she’s already been granted a blue belt in the Brazilian sport.

Meanwhile, Lovato surprised her fans this week when she reunited with ex Wilmer Valderrama during the latter’s Instagram live. The actor was just casually chatting with his fans when his ex-girlfriend joined in for a brief conversation. They also took a brief moment to sing “Who Let the Dogs Out” together, according to E! News.

Lovato and Valderrama shared a long relationship in the past. They started dating in 2010 and their on-again, off-again romance lasted for six years before they officially called it quits. Despite the split, the two have been very amicable. Wilmer even checked on Demi when she recently checked into a rehab facility.
