The Powerball drawing on Wednesday night did not result in any grand prize winner for the estimated $134 million jackpot with a cash option of $88.5 million.

The next drawing, which will take place on Saturday, will see the jackpot grow to $147 million with a $97.1 million cash value.

The winning lottery numbers drawn on Wednesday, March 16, were 3, 28, 34, 35, 58 with a red Powerball of 17. The Power Play was 2X.

Along with no grand prize winners, there were no instant millionaires following the latest drawing. If a player would have won the Match 5, they would have walked away with $1 million. However, hitting the Match 5 with a Power Play Purchase would have bumped up the win to $2 million.

There were six players who managed to hit the Match 4 plus red Powerball and won $50,000. Meanwhile, only one player was able to hit the Match 4 with a Power Play purchase, winning a $100,000 prize.

The rest of the monetary winnings from the night ranged between $4 and $200. A total of 421,294 players won prizes from the Wednesday night lottery pull.

The latest lottery drawing comes as a $50,000 winning ticket is set to expire on Thursday in Missouri, Fox 4 in Kansas City reported. The Powerball ticket was purchased at a QuikTrip in St. Louis on Sept. 9, 2021.

Another $50,000 ticket will also expire on April 7 in the Kansas City area. The winning ticket was bought on Oct. 9, 2021, at a Price Chopper in Platte City.

Powerball jackpot winners must match the six numbers on their ticket to the drawn six-number combination. Five numbers need to be selected from 1 to 69 for the white balls, and a number is selected from 1 to 26 for the red Powerball.

There is a 1 in 292.2 million chance of winning the Powerball jackpot.
