Saturday’s Powerball drawing did not result in a grand prize winner for the estimated $635 million jackpot with a cash option of $450 million. The next drawing will take place on Monday and will see the jackpot climb to an estimated $670 million with a cash option of $474.8 million.

The winning lottery numbers drawn on Saturday night were 28, 38, 42, 47, 52, with a red Powerball pull of 1. The PowerPlay was 2X.

The Powerball jackpot will continue to grow following the 40 consecutive drawings since June that failed to result in a grand prize winner.

If someone would have won the $635 million grand prize, it would have marked the 10th largest lottery jackpot won in the US.

Although there were no grand prize winners following the latest lottery drawing, one player became an instant millionaire. A player from Massachusetts matched five numbers and won a $1 million prize.

However, the player did not play the Match 5 with the 2X Power Play and missed the chance to win the $2 million prize.

Several smaller monetary prizes also resulted from the Saturday Powerball drawing. There were 66 players who hit the Match 4 plus red Powerball and won $50,000 each. Meanwhile, 11 players ended up matching four numbers plus the red Powerball with a 2X Power Play, winning $100,000.

The other monetary wins from the latest lottery drawing ranged between $4 and $200.

Powerball jackpot winners can receive the grand prize through a one-time lump sum payment or an annuity. Players who select the annuity receive one immediate payment followed by 29 annual payments, which increase by 5% each year.

Powerball is played in 45 states, including Washington, D.C., as well as Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
