Donald Trump reveals that his wife Melania tells him that his duty and loyalty is to the American citizens.

A clip of the president delivering a speech during the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) 2020 at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in Maryland was shared on Twitter. In his remarks, Trump recognized the contribution of the first lady.

Melania reportedly told him that “your first duty and your highest loyalty is to the American citizens.” The crowd reacted with delight and gave the POTUS an applause.

Trump’s statement garnered mixed reactions from social media users. Many praised the FLOTUS and expressed their joy of having Melania as the first lady.

“Love our First Lady,” @Bc10162 commented.

“Great First Lady!” @JLN2IK added.

“FLOTUS is beautiful inside and out.......she is a wise, honorable partner to our President!” @23prime1 opined.

Meanwhile, several also mocked the POTUS and questioned him why he needed to be reminded of that. Some slammed Trump and said he should have listened to Melania.

“What? So the President’s wife has to remind him of his duty before he speaks. Shameful,” @jurisevic_craig commented.

“He should’ve listened,” @SpaceShipJones added.

Trump has been very appreciative of his wife lately. In the same speech, he also complimented the first lady saying that Melania has been “doing a great job.”

Meanwhile, Trump continues to share his thoughts on Twitter. In one post, he said that the people are “disgusted and embarrassed” by fake news.

However, his post backfired because many attacked him. According to the Twitter users, Trump considers critical reports or those news against him fake. Several said that they were embarrassed by the POTUS.

In related news, Trump’s daughter Ivanka is now an official Republican. According to the first daughter, she is proud to become a Trump Republican. She changed her voter registration from Democrat to Republican so she could vote for her father.
