Drake hasn't been saying much about "Views From The 6," but the rapper caused quite a frenzy when he released the first snippet of the album. The 29 year old quietly took to Vine to share a six-second sneak peek of one of the songs.

The video, captioned "Views," surfaced Thursday, Billboard reports. Other than the brief audio, the Vine doesn't give away any other details about the song or the album.

As previously reported, it's rumored "Views From The 6" will be released next year. Earlier this week, Daily Rap posted a Twitter video which supposedly teased that fans can expect Drake's new album to drop Jan. 6, 2016. It's not clear if the video is legitimate, and Drake has yet to comment on it.

The Twitter video, however, came just a few days after the rapper teased on his Instagram page that "Views From The 6" would be released soon. Earlier this month, fans spotted a billboard in Drake's hometown of Toronto that read: "The 6 [prayer hands emoji] is watching." Drake then shared the image, writing in the caption, "Be home soon." Drake has since deleted the post.

It was rumored that Drake collaborated with Willow Smith, Beyoncé and Tinashe on a few songs for the album. There were also reports that he was using his ongoing feud with Nicki Minaj’s boyfriend Meek Mill as "fuel" for "Views From The 6."

The album will follow Drake's February mixtape "If You're Reading This It's Too Late" and his mixtape with Future "What A Time To Be Alive."
