Duchess Camilla Parker Bowles is a fan of Kate Middleton's photography.

Camilla is celebrating her 75th birthday this month with a new cover for Country Life magazine. The Duchess of Cornwall was asked to choose a photographer, and she picked the Duchess of Cambridge. Middleton, 40, took the photos, and Camilla edited the magazine for Country Life's 125th anniversary, Us Weekly reported.

One of the photos shows Camilla taking a stroll through her garden of forget-me-nots in Raymill. Clarence House shared a snap of Camilla for the cover on its Instagram account, announcing that Camilla guest-edited a special commemorative edition of Country Life Magazine as part of her 75th birthday and the magazine's 125th-anniversary celebrations. The magazine will be published on July 13.

"Commissioned by The Duchess of Cornwall as guest editor, Her Royal Highness invited The Duchess of Cambridge to capture the cover image at her home in Wiltshire, Raymill," the caption read.

The post received praises from royal fans who were happy to witness Camilla and Middleton's bond.

"How absolutely fabulous. Love both these ladies," one wrote. Another added, "Absolutely love this. Great to know they have such a bond. That's good for Charles and William as well."

"Lovely picture, and it's beautiful to see the loving relationship between both Duchesses," a third user wrote.

Ahead of the magazine's release, editor Mark Hedges recalled asking Prince Charles' wife if she had any photographer in mind for the cover. She didn't hesitate to name Middleton.

"She immediately replied, 'Oh I'd quite like Catherine to do it.' I spent the next three or four minutes desperately racking my brain trying to think of a professional photographer called Catherine," he said, according to The Telegraph.

Hedges said he was "thrilled" with the final images following the collaboration.

"We understand this is the first time a formal portrait of The Duchess of Cornwall has been taken by The Duchess of Cambridge for a magazine," he said in a statement. "And we are honored to have been chosen to be the first to publish this beautiful photograph. The photographs are superb and we would be delighted to offer The Duchess of Cambridge another commission!"

Middleton is the patron of The Royal Photographic Society. She was chosen for the patronage due to her "longstanding interest in photography." The patronage aims to highlight the beneficial impact that art and creativity can have on children and young people's emotional well-being, Harper's Bazaar reported.

The Duchess of Cambridge is a self-confessed amateur photographer. She captures her children's birthday photos or special milestones and shares them on social media from time to time.
