Artem Chigvintsev, who used to be a regular on "Dancing With the Stars," has shared a health update with his fans. The dancer said he is "still positive for pneumonia."

"So, I had another X-Ray done yesterday and it came back still positive for pneumonia," he said in a 43-second video clip posted on his Twitter page Thursday. "So I just got another set of antibiotics. This is of course number two. Hopefully this one will do the magic, will do the trick to kick out pneumonia out of my lungs."

"Just a little update, Thank you for your support," he wrote.

Fans took to the comments section to share their reactions.

"Take care Artem! I know how that pneumonia can be!" one person wrote. "I see you go to the same place I do for prescriptions! Please take it easy and rest, alot!! Lots of chicken soup too!"

"I pray you get better!!! For you & your family," another user wrote. "And now pardon my selfishness: I pray you'll be better in time for the Utah show!!! I bought tickets SPECIFICALLY to see YOU!!! But truly I wish you the best! Show or no show, of course! (p.s. I want to see you dance!)."

The health update was shared two weeks after the 39-year-old professional dancer revealed that was "stepping away" from the "Dancing With The Stars" tour due to "some unexpected health issues."

"My time on tour so far has been wonderful – unfortunately I am having to step away from tour for a while, due to some unexpected health issues," he wrote on Instagram at the time. "My goal is to recover as quickly as possible so I can rejoin my cast and crew on this incredible tour."

Chigvintsev, who is engaged to professional wrestler Nikki Bella, had been a regular professional dancer on "Dancing with the Stars" since 2009. He was also part of the "Entertainment Tonight" chat show as a guest co-host.

Chigvintsev also worked in a movie, titled "Shine," which was dropped in 2017.
