Model-turned-actress Emily Ratajkowski isn’t afraid to expose her bare skin. The American beauty and Robin Thicke’s co-star in the “Blurred Lines” music video just shared on social media a sultry photo of her with nothing on as she enjoys a beautiful beach in Mexico.

On Sunday, Ratajkowski uploaded a picture on Instagram showing her skinny dipping. The “Gone Girl” actress did not hold back in the snap as she can be seen entirely naked with her butt fully exposed. In the caption, she indicated that she was channeling a mermaid, writing “La Sirena” — the Spanish term for the mythical creature.

Earlier that day, Ratajkowski revealed to her fans the green two-piece she was sporting that day at the beach. The brunette beauty simply captioned the photo with the word “Morning” and the Mexican flag emoji. Unfortunately, many of her fans were not pleased with her very slim figure in the snap. One fan wrote: “You are getting too thin. You looked best in ‘Blurred Lines’ video when you were probably 5-10 lbs. heavier.” Another chimed in: “You must be starving yourself. You already look so skinny.”

It wasn’t clear if the negative comments she got triggered Ratajkowski to strip naked for her next Instagram update, but she’s clearly sending fans a positive message about embracing one’s body type. Last year, she addressed people who body-shamed her, telling Harper’s Bazaar: “You know, when Lena Dunham takes her clothes off, she gets flack, but it’s also considered brave; when Justin Bieber takes his shirt off, he’s a grown-up. But when a woman who is sexual takes off her top, it plays into something.”

In an interview she did with InStyle last month, she also responded to feminists who kept on calling her out for her revealing photos. ”The main criticism I get is ‘Aren’t you just conforming to a patriarchal standard of beauty?’ Well, this is just the body I was given,” the “We Are Your Friends” star said. “I didn’t do anything to it— it’s just my body. But even if I had altered it, that would be fine too.”

Ratajkowski’s weekend vacation is made possible by the break in her busy schedule these days. She currently stars in DKNY’s latest campaign. She is also working on two new films, “Cruise” and “In Darkness,” which are slated for release this year. She was last seen in Netflix’s “Easy,” according to Daily Mail.
