February 2022 is stacked to the core with some truly amazing game releases that many gamers have spent countless days waiting for.

It’s hard to keep track of all the upcoming big games scheduled for next month, so here’s a short list of the biggest and most anticipated titles across various genres.

“Destiny 2: The Witch Queen”

The next chapter of the Light and Dark saga in “Destiny 2” will officially launch this coming Feb. 22, featuring two new areas, additional gear, revamped abilities and a brand-new weapon crafting system that’s destined to shake the game’s meta dramatically.

“Dying Light 2”

Sprint, slide, jump, glide and slash through hordes of undead and hostile humans in one of the last living cities of humanity in “Dying Light 2” this coming Feb. 4. The sequel to Techland’s popular zombie-slashing parkour fest will boast an entirely new narrative set where the players' actions can, quite literally, change the world.

“Elden Ring”

This one needs no introduction. FromSoftware’s next masterpiece has already gone gold, and its Feb. 25 release date has been locked in.

Jump into a dying world as one of the Tarnished, exiles cursed with undeath, and embark on a harrowing journey to prevent The Lands Between from falling into ruin. Grab a sword and prepare to die.

“Guild Wars 2: End of Dragons”

The “End of Dragons” expansion for “Guild Wars 2” is set to bring back the realm of Cantha and all of its denizens as the Pact continues to fight the Elder Dragon threat.

ArenaNet has yet to reveal an official release date for this long-awaited expansion, but an announcement is expected on the first day of February.

“Lost Ark”

The massively-hyped MMO from South Korean developers Tripod and Smilegate is finally set to arrive this coming Feb. 11 courtesy of Amazon Games.

Step into the land of Arkesia and fend off the incoming darkness in this 2.5D isometric action MMORPG. Choose from one of many distinct classes and rain down stylish devastation on enemies in a “Diablo”-esque adventure fitted with many modern MMO systems.
