'Fate/Grand Order': Free SSR Ticket Coming This Month

All players of the NA version of “Fate/Grand Order” will be eligible for a free 5-star unit thanks to the 17 million downloads campaign that’s slated to begin this Thursday.

The only requirement that players need to fulfill is the completion of the first section of the first singularity at Orleans. Beating this stage will unlock the Exchange Event Item menu at Da Vinci’s Workshop, where players will be able to claim their SSR ticket.

However, there’s still one more hurdle to overcome before the chosen SSR unit becomes a permanent member of Chaldea.

After claiming a unit as a temporary servant, players must do the following:

• Ascend the temporary servant at least once
• Reach Bond Rank 5 with the chosen servant

Both are very easy to do, but reaching Bond 5 may take time. The easiest way to do this is to simply have the temporary servant join the party as a backup member unless players have enough materials to fully upgrade the temporary servant up to max level.

Meeting both requirements will let players turn their temporary servant into a permanent one. Failing to do so will cause the servant to vanish at the end of the event. There’s plenty of time to fulfill the objectives, however, since the event will run until June 15. However, players only have until May 30 to claim their free servant ticket.

Lastly, there will be additional login bonuses starting April 10, including the Start Dash campaign that can net players up to 30 Saint Quartz and 10 Summon Tickets (among many other rewards) by simply logging in.

This campaign will run from April 10 to 23.
