Beyonce stepped out for the first time since giving birth to baby Blue Ivy Carter on Jan. 6. The singer looked fantastic in a tight Alice by Temperley red dress that hugged her post-baby curves.

She wore Ofira & Lorraine Schwartz jewelry, a gold Alexander McQueen clutch and Christian Louboutin heels. Her gold accessories were complemented by a royal blue ring and royal blue nails. Peeking out from under her left hand's ring finger was an IV tattoo.

Beyonce made her first appearance since having baby Blue Ivy Carter to support husband Jay-Z at Carnegie Hall. Jay-Z performed at the iconic New York City venue on Monday night for the first time since becoming a dad. The show was to benefit the United Way and his Sean Carter Foundation.

Jay-Z rocked the Hall as more than 2,000 fans stepped to their feet to celebrate the hip-hop king. Dressed in a black and white tuxedo, a bowtie and sunglasses, Jay-Z looked sharper than ever.

All those lines that divide us, we gonna step on them, Jay-Z told the packed house at the beginning of his one hour long set.

He performed more than a dozen of his most popular hits, including 99 Problems, Forever Young, H to the Izzo, and Empire State of Mind.

He also treated the crowd to the first-ever live performance of Glory, the song written for daughter Blue Ivy Carter. One hand in the air for Blue, he said before starting the song. I ain't think I was gonna make it through that one, he said afterwards. That was tough.

Jay-Z invited some guest performers, including Alicia Keys and Nas. The orchestra included more than 30 musicians, one of whom was Questlove from The Roots. Fans were disappointed Beyonce did not join him on stage.
