Finally, the show is set to address the Godspeed mystery in “The Flash” Season 6 episode 18. The synopsis for the eighteenth instalment is out and it looks like Barry faces the Godspeed.

The season 6 premiere showcased Barry going after Godspeed. When he managed to get him, he found out that this Godspeed was mute and only emitted a high frequency.

According to the synopsis, Godspeed makes a comeback and Barry approaches Hartley Rathaway for help.

However, things go south after Barry learns that post-Crisis, The Flash and Pied Piper are foes.

Meanwhile, Grant Gustin, who portrays Barry, spoke with Entertainment Weekly and confirmed that in “The Flash” Season 6 episode 18 fans will see a change due to Crisis.

“It's an episode where we're going to see some changes because of 'Crisis,' and Hartley Rathaway, [a.k.a.] Pied Piper, is going to be back,” the actor said.

Elsewhere, in the “God Friended Me,” episode Hartley was seen and it was revealed that the Team Flash ally went back to his old ways after the Crisis. Episode 18 is likely to build more on this plot and the new dynamics between Hartley and Barry.

“Hartley really isn't a friend when he comes back, but Barry's going to need to find a way to reconnect with Hartley and try to fix what 'Crisis' changed and stop Godspeed, and try to save the city,” Gustin said in the interview.

Episode 18 of “The Flash” Season 6 will also show Iris trying to get out of the Mirrorverse.

“The Flash” Season 6 episode 18 is scheduled to air Tuesday (May 5) on the CW Network. The episode is titled “Pay the Piper.”
