Former 'Teen Mom' Star Lane Fernandez Dies At 28

Former "Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant" star Lane Fernandez passed away at the age of 28. His wife, Kylee Rose Fernandez, shared the tragic news via Facebook on Monday.

"I'm so lost without you babe.. I love you to the moon and back and I know you're watching out for us. I will forever miss you," Kylee wrote in the post that came with photos of Lane. "It's always been you _ Nolyn, Emerson, and I love you so much and you were an amazing father, dog dad and husband."

Kylee, who included a total of 79 photos in her post, had just given birth to her and Lane's baby boy, Nolyn, three weeks ago.

"You'll forever be my rock, and my best friend. ❤ ️ I miss you more than anything baby," she concluded her post.

In one of the photos, Lane can be seen with Kylee in the hospital where Nolyn was born. Another picture shows him sleeping with the infant at home.

Meanwhile, another snap features Lane's daughter, Emerson, whom he shares with his ex, Malorie Beaver, playing in the pool.

Lane appeared in the second and third seasons of MTV's "Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant" alongside Malorie.

Fans shared their messages of condolences in the comments section of Kylee's post.

"I am so sorry to hear this Sweetheart, I will keep you in my PRAYERS," one of the fans wrote, while another said, "I'm so sorry for your loss. I couldn't imagine what you're going thru. Your little family are in my prayers."

Meanwhile, Rachel Beaver, Malorie's sister, took to Instagram Stories to post about Lane. Sharing a photo of Lane and Emerson having fun in the pool, she wrote, "I can't even begin to express the pain I feel right now. Gone too soon … rest easy Lane."

Malorie, on the other hand, has not yet posted anything regarding Lane's death on social media.

It hasn't been long since Lane shared how excited he was to welcome Nolyn, who was not yet born at the time.

"Happy Mother's Day to my Queen! Me and the dogs love you so much and are thankful for you every single day I can not wait to meet our baby boy," he wrote in a Facebook post addressed to Kylee on May 8. "I hope you have a wonderful day you deserve it."
