“The Fosters” Season 4 just dropped a new teaser for its 11th episode.

In “Insult to Injury,” a concerned Mariana (Cierra Ramirez) asks Mike (Danny Nucci) if Callie (Maia Mitchell) slept at his house because she didn’t come home the night before. Mike tells Mariana that he wasn’t with Callie, and this caused everyone to become worried.

Elsewhere, Callie is in a car with Martha’s grandson, Troy (Levi Fiehler). Since the two characters seem to be having an argument, Callie encourages him to stop the car. But before he could do so, the two of them could end up in an accident.

Previously in episode 10, Callie found out that the person responsible for killing Martha was Troy himself.

If Callie and Troy survive the car accident, the lead character would have to face the two men who have been pursuing her. A.J. (Tom Williamson) and Aaron (Elliot Fletcher) fought in the previous episodes because one was jealous of the other. A.J. and Callie are officially together, but the latter’s connection with Aaron still cannot be denied.

Meanwhile, Jesus (Noah Centineo) suffered a serious injury in the head in the previous episode. While protecting Mariana from Nick (Louis Hunter), Jesus’ head was hit by the villainous character. In the past, Jesus also had an injury on his head when he hit a loose nail. The teaser revealed that Jesus will be rushed to the hospital. However, Stef (Teri Polo) is concerned that he might not make it. While inside the ambulance, a panicked Stef keeps shouting her son’s name. Lena (Sherri Saum) breaks down at the hospital immediately after Mariana asks her if Jesus will be fine.

“The Fosters” Season 4, episode 11 will air on Freeform on Jan. 31 at 8 p.m. EST.
