The first IMAX trailer of “Game of Thrones” released Wednesday giving a sneak peek into the fate of Tyrion Lannister after his escape from King’s Landing in the final episode of Season 4. IMAX is screening the last two episodes of last year's season and will also feature the first trailer of Season 5.

The 42-second trailer gives a brief glimpse into Peter Dinklage’s character as he is seen being thrown out of a box. The video shows Tyrion with a long beard and a dirty face that indicates that he has been in the box for several days. He was put in a similar box by Varys as he fled King’s Landing after killing his father Tywin Lannister in the Season 4 finale. However, the trailer did not show which new city he had arrived in.

The IMAX trailer also features scenes from Season 4 of the hit HBO series. Daenerys Targaryen and her dragons, Arya Stark, Bran Stark and Hodor, Shae, Brienne of Tarth, Cersei and Jaime Lannister are all seen in the new video.

IMAX is scheduled to release the Season 4 episodes from Jan. 29 in more than 200 theaters across the U.S. "Game of Thrones" Season 5 is set to premiere on HBO April 12.
