Cassandra threatened to expose Nikolas if he didn’t break her out of Pentonville, but on the Thursday, Nov. 7 episode of “General Hospital,” her escape plan may threaten Sam and Jason’s future.

In the ABC promo video, Sam (Kelly Monaco) asks Cassandra (Jessica Tuck) if she’s afraid one of her enemies will come and get her. “General Hospital” spoilers reveal Sam has questions.

In the previous episode, Sam told Jason (Steve Burton) her cellmate was Cassandra Pierce. Jason feared Cassandra would try to hurt Sam to send Sonny (Maurice Benard) a message. He wanted Sam’s lawyer to have her moved to a different cell, but Sam didn’t want to be given special treatment.

During their visit, Sam also revealed that Cassandra was interested in learning more about her connection to the Cassadine family. Although Sam assumed it was because Cassandra worked with Valentin (James Patrick Stuart), will she realize the international criminal may be connected to another Cassadine?

“GH” spoilers suggest Cassandra is worried and scared. In the previous episode, Cassandra learned that she would be transported to The Hague, and called Nikolas (Marcus Coloma). She told him to break her out of Pentonville, but he refused to help her.

Cassandra then threatened to expose the fact that he was alive, helped her escape from the WSB, and kidnapped several people. Nikolas then made a call and told someone to “take care of it.”

Seeing as Cassandra had to threaten Nikolas to help her, she could be worried that her escape plan may take a deadly turn. If Cassandra suspects Nikolas plans to kill her, will she kidnap Sam to stop him from betraying her?

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EST on ABC.
