Esme believes she can use her pregnancy to escape from Wyndemere, but on the Tuesday, Dec. 6 episode of "General Hospital," Elizabeth may ruin Esme's plans.

In the ABC promo video, Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) tells Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) that she cannot wait. "GH" spoilers reveal Elizabeth calls Esme's bluff.

Esme flushed her prenatal vitamins down the toilet and plans to convince Elizabeth that she doesn't care about having a healthy pregnancy.

Esme believes the tactic will force Elizabeth to take her to the hospital so the baby can receive proper care.

However, Elizabeth previously caught Esme in a lie when Esme pretended to feel stomach cramps, and it appears she will figure out Esme is lying once again.

Since Esme has been relying on her pregnancy to help her escape, will Elizabeth's ability to see through the lies force Esme to come up with a different plan?

Elsewhere in the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Rory (Michael Blake Kruse) tells Trina (Tabyana Ali) that he wants to take her away for their anniversary. "General Hospital" spoilers reveal Ava (Maura West) advises Trina.

It appears Trina and Rory will be celebrating a milestone in their relationship, and he will want to take her somewhere special for the occasion.

Their last trip out of town took an awkward turn when Rory kissed Trina, and she imagined she was kissing Spencer (Nicholas Chavez). Trina wants this trip to have a better outcome and will reach out to Ava for advice.

Will Trina tell Ava that she can't stop thinking about Spencer, or will Trina finally be ready to give her heart to Rory?

Other "GH" spoilers tease Spencer will receive a gift, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will seek out Curtis (Donnell Turner), and Jordan (Tanisha Harper) will get an invitation.
