Michael and Drew believe they will finally be able to push Valentin out of ELQ, but on the Thursday, June 23, episode of “General Hospital,” Ned may ruin their plans.

In the ABC promo video, Drew (Cameron Mathison) tells Michael (Chad Duell) that everything will change. “GH” spoilers reveal the ELQ Shareholders meeting takes place.

Michael and Drew believe that merging ELQ with Aurora Media will weaken Valentin’s (James Patrick Stuart) power at ELQ. However, doing so means demoting Ned (Wally Kurth) from his position.

Valentin offered to team up with Ned so they both could keep their influence over ELQ. Even though Ned was hesitant to go against his family, he appeared to consider Valentin’s offer.

It appears the day of the meeting to pitch the merger has arrived, but since Ned has made no progress with securing his position in ELQ, he may be forced to work with Valentin.

Will Ned use Valentin to keep his position at ELQ and betray Michael and Drew?

Meanwhile, Carly (Laura Wright) tells Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) that she has a personal stake in the ELQ and Aurora merger. "General Hospital" spoilers reveal Carly tells Olivia about her business move.

It appears Carly will be excited as she talks about what’s to come with her new investment, but Olivia knows Ned is struggling to deal with the fact that he may no longer control ELQ.

Will Olivia’s reservations about Ned’s mindset make Carly question whether she made the right decision of investing ahead of the shareholders’ meeting?
