'General Hospital' Spoilers: Will Willow's Biological Family Search Cause Drew To Doubt Carly?

Carly has been hiding a major secret about Willow and Nina, and on the Wednesday, Nov. 16 episode of "General Hospital," Drew may suspect Willow's biological parents could be right under their noses.

In the ABC promo video, Drew (Cameron Mathison) tells Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) that he knows exactly why she is in such a hurry to find her biological family. "GH" spoilers reveal Drew makes a pitch.

In the previous episode, Willow began looking for her biological family in the hopes that they will be a bone marrow match.

The news prompted Drew to flashback to when Carly (Laura Wright) told him that Nina (Cynthia Watros) wasn't Willow's biological mother.

Viewers are aware that Carly lied to Drew about the DNA test, and Nina is Willow's biological mother.

After completing the first trimester of her pregnancy, Willow asked Michael (Chad Duell) to keep her cancer diagnosis a secret from his family.

Once Drew learns about Willow's search, he will be eager to help her track down her family, but will her search cause Drew to doubt whether Carly was honest with him about the DNA test results?

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) claims something is wrong with the baby, and she needs help. "General Hospital" spoilers reveal Nikolas turns to a friend for help.

In the previous episode, Nikolas told Elizabeth that she was the only true friend he had in his life, and it appears he will call on that friend when Esme claims she's in pain.

After failing to convince Elizabeth to call the police on Nikolas, Esme realized her baby could also be the key to her freedom.

It appears Esme will attempt to manipulate Nikolas into thinking her pregnancy is in danger and take her to the hospital. However, he will reach out to Elizabeth since she is a nurse.

Will Nikolas be forced to take Esme to the hospital, or will Elizabeth agree to treat the young woman he is holding captive?
