Good Wife
Alicia (Julianna Margulies, left) will debate Prady (David Hyde Pierce, right) in episode 12 of "The Good Wife" Season 6. CBS

On CBS’ “The Good Wife,” Alicia (Julianna Margulies) has been learning that traversing the nasty politics of Chicago on her road to State’s Attorney will not be easy (and certainly not the sure thing that Eli told her it would be). While her campaign has run into a few roadblocks already, things seem to be leading up to her debate with Frank Prady (David Hyde Pierce).

According to TV Line, the debate will fall on Season 6’s episode 12 and will be written by showrunners Robert and Michelle King. During the debate, a journalist blogger named Jackson (a guest role that the show is currently casting) will harass Alicia about a very personal matter. In the episode, Alicia and Prady will end up in a kitchen continuing their verbal battle with the help of two busboys who overhear and interject themselves into the quarrel.

Meanwhile, Alicia will have enough on her plate in the upcoming ninth episode. According to the synopsis, Alicia will be under pressure from Eli (Alan Cumming) and others to go negative in her campaign with dirt on Prady. The decision will test Alicia’s conscience. Plus, the feds will be pressuring Cary (Matt Czuchry) to work with them against Bishop (Mike Colter) to keep himself out of prison.
