Gordon Ramsay shared his thoughts on his 23-year-old daughter Megan's ex-boyfriend named Byron on the recent episode of "The Kelly Clarkson Show" on YouTube.

The 55-year-old British chef Thursday said, "I'm so naughty sometimes," before explaining how he is possessive about his daughters. "I just want the girls to be looked after, and for them to look after each other."

The chef revealed that he did something "really bad" last week after learning that Megan started to see her ex-boyfriend again.

"He was okay to begin with a little bit wet you know a little sort of," he said. "You want a man to date your daughter and he was just a little bit pathetic."

Ramsay further said that he got Byron's phone number from his youngest daughter Tilly, 20, who advised him not to do anything.

"She gave me it and said, 'Dad, don't do anything,' and I said, 'No, just give me. If anything's wrong, I need his number on my phone,'" Gordon recalled. "So, I waited to find out when they were having dinner together and I FaceTimed him."

The "MasterChef" judge said that Byron was "shaking" when he picked up the call and he said, "Byron it's me, not your future father-in-law [bleep]!"

Ramsay jokingly remarked, "So rude" after his daughter disconnected the call. "I was just in the middle of having a proper chat," Ramsay told the host Kelly Clarkson. At the end of the clip, the chef recommended that 30 is the age to start a relationship and not the early 20s.

Fans in the comments section praised Ramsay for being straight with his daughter's boyfriend.

"Dude, I feel so bad for Megan, but dang, Gordon knows a red flag when he sees one," one of the users commented while another wrote, "The way to go, tell it like it is..he just wants the best for his daughter's as I do, love his straight-talking."

Besides Tilly and Megan, Ramsay is also the father to Oscar, Holly and Jack. Ramsay shares all his kids with his wife Tana Ramsay. The couple got married in 1996.
