Update (11:45 a.m.) : The lineup has been officially released and includes a headlining set by The Strokes.

The Governors Ball 2014 lineup has leaked and will feature Outkast, Jack White and Vampire Weekend. The three-day festival will take place at Randall's Island in New York City from June 6 to June 8. Tickets will go on general sale at 3 p.m. EST.

The Governors Ball lineup was scheduled to be released on Jan. 15 but Idolator found the full-page ad featured in today's New York Times.Founders Entertainment has yet to update the festival's website to include the lineup but did announce it would release the lineup on Wednesday followed by the general ticket sale.

Outkast had already announced it would headline Governors Ball in an interview with Rolling Stone. Jack White's performance follows his recent announcement that he is working on two new albums for 2014, a follow up to "Blunderbuss" as well as a new Dead Weather Album. Vampire Weekend is coming off a huge 2013 which featrued the release of "Modern Vampires of the City." The lineup also includes Skrillex, Axwell, Phoenix, Interpol, Disclosure and Foster the People, who also announced a new album for 2014.

Governors Ball 2013 had to deal with some torrential downpour that made the whole festival a mud pit. Hopefully the weather holds up this year and fans can enjoy the fest without having to hurdle over massive puddles of water.

Other notable performers include Blur lead singer Damon Albarn, Julian Casablancas, lead singer of The Strokes; Broken Bells, featuring Danger Mouse and James Mercer; The Kills; Childish Gambino; Grimes; Janelle Monae; Tyler; The Creator; Frank Turner; Chance the Rapper; and Spoon. Governors Ball tickets go on sale at 3 p.m. EST on Jan. 15. Three-day passes cost $230 and 3-day VIP costs $500.
