  • Gwen Stefani reveals her wedding plans concerning Ellen DeGeneres
  • She wants DeGeneres to "put some extensions in"
  • DeGeneres says she doesn't "mind doing any of that" for Stefani

Don't be surprised if you see Ellen DeGeneres by Gwen Stefani's side when she marries her long-time boyfriend, Blake Shelton.

Stefani, 51, who appeared on "The Ellen Degeneres Show" show on Monday, asked the 63-year-old host to be her maid of honor when she asked the singer updates on her wedding, and noted Miley Cyrus would sing following the ceremony.

As soon as the host asked if there is anything she can do to help the singer regarding her wedding ceremony, Stefani immediately revealed something special in her mind.

"I was thinking about that a lot, and I was picturing like a mauve bridesmaid. Maybe maid of honor, you know?" Stefani said. "We can put some extensions in, and we can make it a full flower arrangement. All that stuff."

"You just tell me the time and the place and I will be there," DeGeneres responded. "I don't mind doing any of that for you, because you're my friend and anything you ask, I will wear. I will put extensions in my hair. Anything at all. That's how much I love you Gwen."

Last month, Cyrus took to Twitter on Feb. 1 to note she will be singing at Shelton and Stefani's wedding.

"ALSO @gwenstefani @blakeshelton I’ll be your wedding singer! I promise to be on my best behavior. Or worst. whatever you want! It’s your special day!" she tweeted. "Cheers to loving you both almost as much as you love each other!"

Shelton reflected on Cyrus' offer to perform at the wedding and said, "Miley is one of the most talented singers I have ever met."

"She drives me crazy because she's a lot like Kelly [Clarkson] in the way that they can burst out with this voice," he added, People reported. "If I'm going to sing, I have to think about it and go warm up. It's unfair."

Shelton, 44, and Stefani got engaged in October 2020 after dating for five years. Since then, they have been showered with love by their fellow celebrity friends and fans on social media. On the work front, Stefani recently dropped her new single, “Slow Clap” on March 11.
