Heidi Montag, former reality TV star and plastic surgery enthusiast, is making headlines this week, thanks to the release of her new EP, Dreams Come True.

The 25-year-old, who starred on MTV's The Hills for six seasons, is giving her music career another try, as the EP comes two years after Montag dropped her first and only studio album to date, Superficial, under Warner Music. (Superficial bombed, and Montag reportedly spent $2 million on the effort, according to the Daily Mail).

Over on Twitter, Montag has been promoting Dreams Come True to her more than 1.3 million followers. On Tuesday, the aspiring singer wrote, @spencerpratt Your Love Found Me! #DreamsComeTrue, referring to her husband Spencer Pratt (who was also on The Hills) and one of the songs featured on the EP.

Since hitting the digital music world on Apr. 11, Dreams Come True has been receiving plenty of attention for its racy cover, which features Montag in a very revealing pink swimsuit and black heels.

The cover shows off Montag's famous breasts that were first augmented in 2007. Two years later, she had a second breast augmentation procedure, along with nine other plastic surgery procedures on the exact same day. Montag had a brow lift, a chin reduction, a back scoop and an ear pinning procedure, among others.

It's something that I wanted done, and I might as well get it done now instead of later and be like, Oh I wish when I was 23 I got that done then and I wasn't scared to do it.' I couldn't be happier, Montag told Ryan Seacrest in 2010.

When asked what was wrong with her ears in the first place, Montag said, I just couldn't really wear my hair down because they always popped out so much and you know, I just always had a complex about it. And was insecure about it. (Scroll down to watch Montag's 2010 interview with Seacrest).

Since bidding adieu to The Hills in 2010, Montag has continued to make the rounds in reality TV land, appearing on shows like I'm a Celebrity . .. Get Me Out of Here! and Famous Food.

The aspiring actress also had a cameo in 2011's Just Go With It, starring Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston.

Montag has also been (mostly) happily married to Spencer Pratt for nearly four years. In July 2010, Montag filed for divorce (citing the Hollywood standard irreconcilable differences), only to withdraw the papers two months later.

The couple later admitted that the split was more of a publicity stunt.

Divorcing was the only way to keep Heidi's career going because everyone hated me so much. Look at Sandra Bullock -- her divorce from Jesse James was the best thing to happen to her image, Pratt told Life and Style in 2010.

Now 28, Pratt is reportedly laying low as an undergraduate student in the Political Science department at the University of Southern California.
