Hillary Duff, Francia Raisa Share First On-Set Pictures Of 'How I Met Your Father'

Seven years after Ted Mosby’s epic decade-long love story ended, the makers of the show are all set with its reboot "How I Met Your Father." The cast of this spin-off is super excited to be on the set, as they all took to Instagram to share first pictures from the set.

Hilary Duff who plays Sophie shared her excitement to be on the set of her latest project as she shared a behind-the-scenes photo on Instagram.

The picture shows Duff surrounded by the castmates Francia Raisa, Chris Lowell, Suraj Sharma, Tien Tran, Tom Ainsley and Brandon Micheal Hall.

"Who’s ready for us???" The 33-year-old captioned the shot. "We may or may not have been sitting in front of a certain someone's apartment…." she hinted.

Following in Duff’s footsteps, her co-star Francia Raisa who will play Valentina in the upcoming series posted a slideshow from the set, which she captioned: “Kids, I’m going to tell you an incredible story: The story of how I met (THE CAST of) How I Met Your Father _"

Tie Tran also took to Instagram to mark the beginning of the filming with a sweet pic with the caption, " _ on our way to meet father _ _ _ #himyf”

Tom Ainsley shared the same shot, with a fun caption “Who’s your daddy? __ ‍ ♂ ️

P.S. You’re going to freak when you see what we were looking directly at”

Hall also shared a pic along with a short clip of the script. “Look at all these beautiful individuals that are about to make a hit show!” he captioned his post.

"How I Met Your Father" will be set in the near future, where Duff’s character Sophie will be taking over Ted Mosby’s spot as the storyteller. She will be seen telling her son the story of how she met their dad through its signature narration and the show goes back in time to 2021.

On the show, Sophie along with her group of friends will be shown in the midst of figuring out who they are, what they want out of life and how to fall in love in the modern age of dating where technology has offered limitless options in New York City.
