Jonathan McDaniel is back for Season 4 of “Hit The Floor.” VH1

Hit The Floor” creator James LaRosa announced on Wednesday that when the dance drama airs Season 4 on its new network, BET, there will be yet another familiar face returning.

Though German’s (Jonathan McDaniel) former love, Ahsha (Taylour Paige), isn’t coming back, he definitely is.

“Welcome back to this original cast member,” LaRosa captioned an Instagram video that follows him as he flips over a drawing of a devil to uncover a photo of McDaniel.

LaRosa ends the video by zooming in on the photo McDaniel and saying, “He’s back.”

McDaniel joins the ranks of previously announced returning “Hit The Floor” actors McKinley Freeman, Katherine Bailess, Brent Antonello, Jodi Lyn O’Keefe and Dean Cain.

Along with sharing that McDaniel will be back, LaRosa also gave fans a little bit of a glimpse as to who else will be in Season 4. As part of the Instagram post, there’s also an image his actor reveal wall with the photos of the previously mentioned actors posted. Alongside a photo of Teyana Taylor, who’s joined the series, there are four question mark placement holders and one devil placement holder.

Since the latest cast announcement was an original member and it was a devil placement holder flipped over, fans can assume that this photo means that there could still be one more original cast member announced.

A very plausible guess for that final actor is Kimberly Elise, who played Sloane Hayes, even though the actress who played her daughter in the series is not returning.

She’s a good guess because earlier this month, in a since-deleted tweet, Elise congratulated Taylor on joining the cast and “Hit The Floor” family.

“I’m sooo super excited to have @teyanataylor as part of our #HitTheFloor family on @BET,” she had tweeted. “Welcome Teyana!”

As for the four question mark placement holders on the wall, those must be the “brand new series regulars who’ll rock your unmentionables off” that LaRosa mentioned at the start of October.

More cast announcements are bound to arrive soon as Season 4 of “Hit The Floor” airs on BET in 2018.
