As Drake racks up the awards and shoots more hits to the top of the Billboard charts, one thing is definitely keeping him grounded – his son. Adonis, whose mother is former porn star Sophie Brussaux, is now 17 months old, and according to Drake’s dad, the “God’s Plan” rapper has plenty of love to give to the little boy.

“He’s got love in his heart, so that’s all you need with a baby,” Drake’s dad, Dennis Graham told Us Weekly at the Fashion Nova X Cardi B Collection launch on Wednesday.

As a first-time father, Drake is finding his way and making sure that he spends time with his son. Graham told the news outlet that “the baby loves him. I’ve seen them interact together, and it’s beautiful.”

Even Graham admits that Drake may be a natural at fatherhood as he said he “didn’t need” to give his son any advice on fatherhood. But Drake admits otherwise as he said on the HBO series, “The Shop” with Lebron James in October that he is using “all of the things I’ve learned from and through my father and the incredible things I’ve learned through my mother about patience, about unconditional love.”

Drake also went on to gush about the little boy on the show by saying, “[He has] crazy blue eyes — baby blue eyes. He’s already in the pool shooting the basketball.”

Brussaux gave birth to Adonis in October 2017. Drake announced the news to his fans eight months later within the lyrics of his album “Scorpion,” by rapping, “ Yesterday morning was crazy / I had to come to terms with the fact that it’s not a maybe / That [expletive] is in stone, sealed and signed / She not my lover like Billie Jean, but the kid is mine.”

Drake and Brussaux have maintained a friendly relationship with each other as they learn to co-parent their son together. Brussaux was been spotted attending Drake’s concerts in Paris. The couple is not romantically involved.
