There will be no funfetti cake and no fun for Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino who will be spending his upcoming birthday behind bars. Here's what the "Jersey Shore" star, who turns 37 on Thursday, can look forward to.

Thanks to Radar Online, fans get a glimpse into what Sorrentino's birthday might look like. A spokesperson for Otisville Federal Correctional Institution told the outlet that the reality star can have visitors between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. on July 4th. Those visits will cost, though.

Radar reported that Inmates held at Otisville are allotted 12 visiting points per month, with Thursday visits typically costing one point, according to the FCI Otisville Satelite Camp Inmate Handbook. Since the MTV star's birthday also happens to be a national holiday, it will cost two points.

Mike, who famously has an obsession with funfetti cake, won't be allowed to have the sweet treat on his birthday. Inmates are not permitted to accept anything from visitors, however, food can be purchased and consumed during the visit.

Unlike most people, who have Thursday off due to it being Independence Day, the "Jersey Shore" may have to work. If he does, it will only be for part of the day as "normal working hours are from 7:30 am to 10:30 am and 11:45 am to 3:00 pm," according to the outlet.

It's not all bad though, the gossip outlet makes note that Mike can participate in fun activities like bocce ball, tennis, basketball and even lift some weights until sundown.

Whatever the MTV star decides to do, he can look forward to this being the first and last birthday spent in prison if he stays out of trouble. His release is scheduled for Sept. 12.

Sorrentino landed his eight-month sentence after he pleaded guilty to one count of tax evasion in 2018. NBC News reported that the GTL'er, who turned himself in on Jan. 15, "will also serve two years of supervised release, 500 hours of community service and pay a $10,000 fine" for the crimes.

While "The Situation" is behind bars, fans will be able to see the moments leading up to it in Season 3 of "Jersey Shore Family Vacation," which returns to MTV on July 11. The trailer gives a peek of the gang getting into their usual shenanigans while also showing Mike attending court and, of course, his wedding to Lauren Pesce.
