Conagra Brands has issued a recall for its Hunt’s Tomato Paste No Salt Added six-ounce cans because they may contain mold. The recalled tomato paste was damaged during the canning process, which could lead to a potential mold contamination, the company said.

The affected tomato paste was distributed in the U.S. It has a case UPC code of 00-0-27000-38809-9 and an item UPC code of 00-0-27000-38807-5. The case batch lot code is 529190251, and the item batch lot code is 2105902510. It also has a Best By Date of OCT 16 2020. Labels of the recalled tomato paste can be viewed here.

Consumers are advised not to use the recalled tomato paste. It should be thrown away or returned to the store where it was purchased.

Conagra Brands discovered the issue after receiving calls from consumers. No other Hunt’s products or Conagra Brands’ products have been recalled.
