NeNe Leakes has once again lowered the asking price for her former home with late husband Gregg Leakes.

After having a hard time finding a buyer for her mansion for nearly two months, the 53-year-old reality star has decided to slash the price of her Duluth property, The New York Post reported Thursday.

Leakes is now asking for $3.495 million for the house where she and Gregg lived in for the past seven years. The new value is about $300,000 less than her former asking price of $3.8 million.

This wasn’t the first time that the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star lowered the price of the property. When she first listed her marital home in early October, she was hoping to get $4 million out of its sale.

Unfortunately, there were no takers, and this forced Leakes to slash $200,000 from its asking price earlier this month as she was eager to let go of the property in the wake of her husband’s demise on Sept. 1 after a four-year battle with colon cancer.

The house, which is situated just outside of Atlanta, has been NeNe and Gregg’s home from the time they purchased it for $2.1 million in 2015. They reportedly moved into the residence even if it was still not completed, according to a previous report from The Post.

The five-bedroom, seven bathroom abode was special to Leakes because it was the first home she bought with Gregg. It spans 10,000 square feet of space and it comes with resort-style features.

The property went through several renovations, and it currently screams of a very Mediterranean style. It has two chef’s kitchens and a full wrap-around covered patio.

The house also comes with a master bedroom that has its own fireplace, a free-standing tub and his-and-hers double vanity. Another striking feature of the property is its walk-out pool with a waterfall.

For its lowered asking price, the new owners would be glad to know that the mansion has a remodeled basement that comes equipped with an entertainment bar. It also has a beauty salon, a game room, wine storage and even a movie theater.

Leakes has been very vocal about her decision to let go of some valuable things as she moves on from her husband’s passing. In an interview with People, she said it was Gregg who encouraged her to move on with her life once he’s gone.

“I’m not going to leave you. God is going to bless you,” she recalled her husband’s final words to her. “He said he wanted me to move on with my life.”
