Due to his skills and fame, Golden State Warriors star player Stephen Curry has racked up a tremendous net worth of around $160 million. Through his massive fortune, he was able to purchase several properties, including houses worth millions of dollars.

Considered the highest-paid player in the NBA, Curry and his wife, Ayesha, made an addition to their real estate portfolio by purchasing a $2.1 million Florida vacation house.Originally listed for $400,000 less, the 4,242-square-foot home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It was built in 2015, according to Orlando Weekly.

Winterpark-based Fannie Hillman & Associates Inc. agents Mary Stuart Day and Catherine D’Amico facilitated the purchase of the new home for the Currys, as per the outlet.

The two-story stucco and stone-accented structure rests on over a quarter-acre parcel in the tony Winter Park enclave near Orlando.

The single-family home has two wet bars and stone counters. The kitchen includes a built-in espresso machine. It also has a gas fireplace and a walk-in closet.

There is also a private office space off the foyer, complete with windows overlooking the front lawn and a side courtyard.

Some would think the NBA star’s purchase of the home hints at his possible move to Orlando Magic, but as per reports, this is unlikely as he had just signed a four-year $215.35 million extension with the Warriors, which will take him through the season 2025-26.

Under the contract, Curry will make $48 million in the season 2022-23. In the final season, he will receive a whopping $60 million.

In September 2019, Steph and Ayesha Curry spent $31 million on a brand new home in Atherton, California, according to Celebrity Net Worth.

The three-story mansion sits on 1.2 acres and features a detached garage and separate guest house. The couple owns another home in Walnut, California, bought for $3.2 million in 2015.

They previously owned a home in Alamo, California, which was bought in 2016 for $5.775 million and sold in January 2019 for $6.3 million.

The couple also has a Malibu beach mansion worth around $50 million and a San Francisco condo, according to The Sun.
