Jennifer Garner is going ahead with her divorce with Ben Affleck and has no plans to call it off despite rumors of reconciliation after the ex-couple's Europe vacation. A source told People magazine that Garner is "adamant about going through" with her divorce with her husband of 10 years.

Garner "denies that she is back with Ben," the actress' friend told People magazine. "She actually almost laughs when asked." The friend also reportedly said that there seems to be no rush in Garner to make the divorce official as she "doesn't seem to mind at all that it's not finalized."

Garner and Affleck announced last year that they will end their 10-year marriage but did not reveal a specific reason behind the split. Since their split, the two have been surrounded with several cheating rumors.

Several rumors about the ex-couple's reconciliation surfaced after the two went on a Europe vacation with their children. Some reports also claimed that Garner is pregnant with Affleck's fourth child and the baby news could be a reason for the two to get back together.

However, Gossip Cop has debunked all rumors about Garner's pregnancy.

On Wednesday, Garner was spotted looking happy as she stepped out with her son Samuel for breakfast in Brentwood, California, Daily Mail reported. The actress was wearing a sweater with the word "love" written on it, and navy yoga pants.

Over the weekend, a report claimed that the "Alias" actress was spotted hugging a mystery man in Los Angeles. A source told ET Online that the man is Garner's accountant and a close friend, and that the two are not romantically involved.
