When actress Jennifer Garner was out with her children Tuesday, her car was involved in a minor collision. Due to her calm reaction on the spot, the situation was sorted fast and did not escalate any further.

The incident occurred in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles, where she had parked her car — a dark gray Lexus sedan — while out with her youngest kids, Seraphina, 11, and Samuel, six.

She was photographed by the paparazzi talking to the driver of a white Nissan car, which appeared to have bumped into her car that was parked in front, crashing into the Lexus's front left door. It was not immediately clear of the “Elektra” actress and her children were inside the car when the reported collision took place, according to Mail Online.

No one was injured in the incident as the collision appeared to be a minor one. According to the photos of the incident, emergency services and law enforcement officers got involved in resolving the case, which was preventing from getting serious due to Garner’s laid-back attitude in dealing with the situation.

Garner, who was casually dressed in a white t-shirt, blue skinny jeans and pair of black sandals, accessorized with only a pair of large black-framed sunglasses, was seen walking away from the scene after talking to the party concerned, along with her kids.

The actress finalized her divorce from actor Ben Affleck earlier this month, three years after the former couple announced their split in 2015. The “Justice League” actor completed his third stint in the rehab for alcoholism recently, and both the parties were waiting for him to come out of the facility to finalize the divorce.

A source told People magazine last week the actress was ready to move on from her former husband and start dating again.

“Jen has been wanting to move on and now when the divorce is finalized, she finally can,” the magazine's source said. “She has had no choice but to be patient since Ben needed to finish his rehab treatment. But she was ready to sign the papers.”
