Jesse Tyler Ferguson of the show "Modern Family" shared Tuesday that he and his husband Justin Mikita welcomed another baby named Sullivan.

The 47-year-old actor posted a series of photos on Instagram featuring the little one while cropping out half of his face. In the second photo, Ferguson and Mikita can be seen wearing black shirts and matching face masks while holding the baby.

In the third photo, Ferguson and Mikita posed with Dr. Shahin Ghadir, who helped them with the surrogacy process. Alongside the photos, the sitcom star wrote that he is feeling "sad" that couldn't be a part of the Broadway show, "Take Me Out" as he had to rush to the hospital.

"Sad to be away from my @takemeoutbway fam tonight but we ran off to welcome our newest little one, Sullivan Louis Ferguson-Mikita," he captioned the post. "A special thanks to @drshahinghadir for helping us grow our family & our incredible surrogate and all of the nurses and doctors."

Ferguson and Mikita got married in 2013 and they welcomed their first baby named Beckett in July 2020. The couple first spoke about being parents in 2017.

During an interview with ET at that time, Ferguson explained that he confessed "practicing" being a parent with children of other parents, hinting at his "Modern Family" character where he plays a gay husband who welcomes a baby girl in the sitcom.

"Justin [Mikita] and I are very excited to become dads in the near future," he said at the time. "No announcement yet, nothing has happened, but yeah, we are excited."

On the work front, Ferguson was last seen in the movie, "Ivy + Bean: Doomed to Dance" as Monsieur Joy. He will be next featured in a thriller flick, titled "Cocaine Bear," which is expected to release in 2023.
