Jessie J’s net worth is $30 million. Here’s how she amassed her fortune.

Jessie J is one of the top-selling artists of her generation. What sets her apart is her skills and talents not only in singing and performing but also in songwriting. Before making it big as a pop star, she wrote the song “Party In The USA,” performed by Miley Cyrus, that went on to become a global hit. Aside from Cyrus, Jessie J also collaborated with rapper Chris Brown in the past, per The Things.

Born Jessica Ellen Cornish, the singer-songwriter made it big on her own with hits such as “Do It Like A Dude,” “Price Tag,” and “Bang Bang.” Unknown to many, her success did not happen overnight. When she was young, she went to London School of Performing Arts & Technologies with now fellow pop stars Adele and Leona Lewis as her classmates, a report from Celebrity Net Worth revealed.

The 32-year-old has been raking in serious money off lucrative deals. She signed to become a judge on “The Voice UK,” “The Voice Kids UK” and “The Voice Australia.” In 2018, she competed in a talent show in China called “Singer.” Cornish won the contest in a convincing manner but more importantly, she expanded her presence overseas. Because of her exposure, she could bag deals and sponsorships in Asia that could be worth several millions.

With a massive following on social media and established presence in major markets overseas, it would not be surprising if Jessie J gets paid to post sponsored content on her social media account. A deal with Nike several years back also helped her modeling portfolio.

On the personal side, the Chadwell Heath, London native was romantically involved with actor Channing Tatum. The two started dating in 2018 but apparently split in October 2020, per Insider. The ex-lovers have been posting pictures of each other on their Instagram accounts when they were still together. They remain friends despite the breakup, according to sources.

Healthwise, the singer encountered a scare recently. Jessie J revealed she was diagnosed with Ménière’s disease, an inner ear disorder, on Christmas Eve. According to USA Today, she could not walk straight and experienced hearing loss. She added she has been taking medicine and now feels a lot better.

The year 2020 might not have been a good one for the talented artist given her health scare and breakup, but fans are excited to see how she will bounce back stronger after difficulties.
