Kaley Cuoco recently shared a video of herself practicing some tricks with her horse, Escarlata, via Instagram.

In the short clip, the “Big Bang Theory” could be seen jumping over different types of obstacles. Every move is done with precision, and Cuoco couldn’t help but feel grateful for the newest addition to her family of horses.

The actress first posted a photo of Escarlata in December 2016. At the time, Cuoco gushed over Escarlata and said that she’s very happy that the horse arrived safely. She added that she fell in love with Escarlata the very first time she saw her. A month before announcing the horse’s arrival, Cuoco had to say goodbye to her other horse, Thor, who retired in November.

Cuoco is a professional horseback rider whose life changed – both positively and negatively – because of the sport. In 2010, the actress got into a serious accident and thought that she would no longer be able to walk for the rest of her life. After falling off her horse, Cuoco suffered an injury on her ankle. When she went to the hospital, her doctor asked her to consider amputation.

During an appearance on the “Ellen Show” that year, Cuoco recounted the very traumatic conversation she had with the physician. “I’m hysterical and the doctors come in and say, ‘Okay, gotta go over your options; one of them is amputation. All I’m thinking is, ‘I’m gonna have to call work and tell them I only have one foot,” she said. Luckily for the actress, intense therapy helped her recover completely.

Meanwhile, Cuoco met her current boyfriend, Karl Cook, during a horse show they attended separately. While speaking on “The Talk,” the actress said that she feels their relationship is meant to be. “I finally found my horse guy,” she added.
