“Big Bang Theory” stars Kaley Cuoco and Jim Parsons are playfully feuding with each other at the 2017 Screen Actors Guild Awards.

While speaking with E! News at the red carpet, Parsons opened up about the film “Hidden Figures,” which was nominated at that time for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture. “It’s more exciting than I thought it would be, I’ll be honest with you. When it happened it was really neat, but it was really on the ride over I was tonight like, ‘Oh my God, I have two groups of people I get to see!’ It’s kind of overwhelming in that way,” he said.

Parsons also revealed that he plans to sit with his “Hidden Figures” family at the 23rd SAG Awards. This means that Parsons ditched his “Big Bang Theory” co-stars that night. “I was only part of that decision! Here’s what happens: You can’t sit in both,” he said. The award-winning actor also reiterated that he informed all of the cast members of “Big Bang Theory” and requested that both tables be put close together. However, Parsons’ decision still did not sit well with Cuoco who wanted all of her CBS co-stars to be together. “Do you hear this? He just moves right into the ‘Hidden Figures’ table. Okay! This is news to me, if you can’t tell,” she said jokingly.

Big Bang Theory” was nominated in the Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series. However, it was Netflix’s “Orange is the New Black” that brought home the recognition. “Hidden Figures” won in the Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture category. Cast member Octavia Spencer lost to Viola Davis in the Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role category.
