Audio has been revealed Thursday from a 911 call made by an employee at the Kardashian-owned DASH store in West Hollywood. Employees of the boutique promptly called police after they were reportedly held at gunpoint by a Hispanic woman.

Maricia Medrano, 35, was suspected of allegedly terrorizing DASH employees September 21. Medrano first arrived at the store threatening to kill the Kardashians if they didn't stay out of Cuba. The suspect allegedly returned two hours later touting a machete. Medrano reportedly swung the machete at reporters and paparazzi.

"Can you come to 8420 Melrose Avenue? Someone has a gun in here," a DASH employee told local law enforcement in a 911 call, according to audio obtained by TMZ.

The dispatcher responded, "You saw the gun? What kind of gun is it?"

"I don't know," the employee continued. "I ran in the back. Can you just send someone? They're in the store and we're in the back room...She held up a gun to me and then knocked over stuff... She said, 'Stay away from Cuba.'"

The caller added, "We work at the Kardashian store, so I think it has something to do with them traveling to Cuba."

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department (LASD) West Hollywood Station responded to the call. Medrano was arrested for assault and criminal threats, the LASD confirmed Sept. 21. She's reportedly being held in lieu of $50,000 bail.

"Detectives responded to the suspect's known residence in Los Angeles with an arrest/search warrant at 9:00 p.m. this evening," the LASD wrote in a Facebook post. "The suspect was taken into custody without incident. A search of the location was conducted and two airsoft guns were recovered."

LASD added, "The airsoft guns were similar in appearance to the weapon possessed by the suspect during the first assault."

Kim Kardashian responded to the incident the day it occurred.

"Everyone is okay, but it was really scary," she was overheard telling paparazzi, according to E! News.

An official statement, however, has not been released by any member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan at this time.
