Kate Middleton is seeing pink. With just four months to go until she’s due to deliver her second royal baby, a report is claiming that Britain’s Duchess of Cambridge was recently thrown a pink-themed party. While the Clarence House has yet to confirm the gender of Middleton and Prince William’s baby, insiders tell Star magazine the couple is expecting a “healthy” baby girl.

According to the tabloid, Middleton, 32, who welcomed her son HRH Prince George in 2012, recently shared the gender news with her sister Pippa Middleton and her parents Carole and Michael Middleton. In honor of the royal family’s future princess, Star reports that Pippa, 31, a party planner, threw a small, pink-themed celebration for her expectant sibling.

But life isn't all fun and games for Middleton. Since officially returning to her royal duties in October, she has also been spending a majority of her time preparing for her baby's arrival. When she's not perfecting the child’s nursery, sources say she is focused on keeping herself healthy, especially after her recent bout of acute morning sickness, also known as Hyperemesis Gravidarum.

“She knows how lucky she is,” a source said. “She isn’t taking anything for granted and her only wish is for a healthy baby girl.”

Despite her excitement over her impending arrival, Us Weekly reports that the second time mom-to-be, is beginning to feel the effects of her burgeoning bump. “Kate’s starting to feel really pregnant,” a “family friend” of the royal told the magazine. “She’s been joking about never passing up an opportunity to use the loo!”

Star magazine is the second outlet in recent weeks that has reported Middleton is having a girl. In the Nov. 24 issues of Life & Style, the magazine said that the Duchess had announced the gender to close friends and family. The duo is also rumored to have revealed that want to name their daughter after William’s mother, the late Princess Diana, an idea which reportedly thrilled his grandmother, Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II.

“She loves the idea of William and Kate having a boy and a girl,” a source said.

Middleton is due in April 2015. She will reportedly deliver at the same hospital where she gave birth to Prince George, St. Mary’s Hospital in London.
