Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle showed signs of strong bond during their recent outing.

Judi James, a body language expert, told Express that the two duchesses and their respective husbands showed their likemindedness at the Commonwealth Day event at Westminster Abbey.

“We haven’t seen as much of the sibling fun signals between William and Harry recently as Prince William appears to be taking his role as future King rather seriously while Harry takes the same approach to his future role as a first-time dad. But, it’s good to see their body language shows signs of strong bonding and like-minded thinking via this intense subconscious mirroring,” she said.

The royal couples reportedly sported identical postures and barrier hand gestures throughout their recent engagement. However, Prince Harry also held Markle’s hand, while Prince William and Middleton kept their hands free.

Markle and Prince Harry walked into Westminster Abbey first, and they were followed by Middleton and Prince William. Queen Elizabeth II arrived last because she holds the highest position in the royal family.

While inside the church, Middleton and Markle greeted each other with a kiss on the cheek. The gesture led royal fans to believe that the two female royals are no longer feuding with each other. Prince William also kissed Markle on the cheek, and Prince Harry also did the same gesture to Middleton.

Last year, rumors about an alleged feud between the Fab Four circulated. However, this was never confirmed by Middleton and Markle. There were rumors suggesting that Markle made Middleton cry while she was still pregnant with Prince Louis.

Markle was also accused of being a difficult Duchess because some of her royal aides have resigned ever since she joined the royal family. After she gives birth, her trusted aide Amy Pickerill will resign from her position.

According to People, Pickerill plans to move abroad after leaving Markle and Prince Harry.

“They will stay in touch and Amy will remain as a personal adviser to her in the longer term. They are very close,” a source said.
