  • Kate Middleton is more than happy to step up, in contrast to claims that she is furious with her workload
  • The Duchess of Cambridge has also found stride and purpose in the palace
  • Prince William's wife is enjoying the lockdown with her family

Kate Middleton is reportedly more than happy to step up, contrary to previous reports that she is exhausted and feeling trapped.

The Duchess of Cambridge was plagued with various rumors recently. An unnamed source claimed that she was furious about the large workload on her plate. Moreover, Prince William’s wife was reportedly “exhausted” and feeling “trapped.”

The palace already denied the claims and defended Middleton. Furthermore, another insider spoke about the issue and insisted that contrary to the reports, Middleton was actually “more than happy” to step up. In fact, the duchess wanted 2020 to be a pivotal year for her.

“It’s the suggestion that she resents her duty and hard work which has upset her,” the source told Vanity Fair. “She takes her role very seriously and has been working harder than ever. The idea she feels trapped and exhausted simply isn’t the case.”

Middleton is currently quarantining with her husband, Prince William, and kids Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis. Family time means a lot for Middleton, but she is still looking forward to picking up where she left off.

“She has really been enjoying the early years work and has found her stride and purpose,” a source who works closely with Middleton said. “She sees this work as a life-long commitment and she has worked really hard on this campaign.”

The same source added that Middleton thought long and hard about what she wanted to do and how she could make a difference. Middleton has decided to work on matters that are close to her heart like nature, sport, child development and photography.

“A lot of hard work went into the planning of this year,” says an aide. “The focus for Catherine was always going to be the Early Years and making a real difference in this sector.”

In related news, many questioned Kensington Palace for defending Middleton but not Meghan Markle when the latter was attacked by the press. However, it turned out that the palace actually released statement for Markle.

The controversial Tatler report also revived Prince William’s cheating allegations. There were speculations that Middleton and her mom, Carole, were behind the report because the duchess wanted to win the public, so Prince William won’t leave her. Thus, it was her way to keep the throne.

There are rumors that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s marriage is on the rocks. However, the claims were not true. Again, Prince William and Middleton are enjoying the lockdown together.
