Fans of the royal family have been hopeful for a while that they would hear Kate Middleton and Prince William are expecting a fourth child together, and the latest odds seem to suggest they could get their wish before 2019 is over.

The latest odds from Ladbrokes are listed at just 5/2 that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will announce at some point in 2019 that they are expecting a fourth child and giving their other children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, a sibling.

Ladbrokes previously revealed odds of 8/1 that not only would Middleton announce she is expecting a fourth child, but that the baby would be born before 2019 came to a close.

“Royal watchers would love absolutely a double baby celebration in 2019, and time will soon tell if Kate and Wills are expanding their brood,” Ladbrokes spokeswoman Jessica Bridge told Express UK.

Much has been made in recent months of the possibility that Middleton would want to have a fourth child, despite suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum, a severe form of morning sickness, during her first three pregnancies. Still, despite that being a potential deterrent, fans believe she would like to follow in Queen Elizabeth’s footsteps and have four children as well.

As of now, however, the couple has not announced any pregnancies.
