  • Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson are casually dating and seeing where things go, a report says
  • The reality star reportedly "likes" the comedian but isn't rushing into anything serious
  • Kardashian reportedly is keeping her outings with Davidson low-key because she is worried about how Kanye West will react

Kim Kardashian isn't turning a blind eye to her estranged husband Kanye West's feelings as she explores a potential relationship with Pete Davidson, a report says.

The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" alum, 41, has been spotted out and about with the "Saturday Night Live" star, 27, in the past weeks. While some reports suggested that things could turn romantic between the two, an unnamed source told Entertainment Tonight that Kardashian isn't ready for a serious relationship at the moment.

"Kim and Pete are casually dating and seeing where things go," the insider said. "Pete is really into Kim and excited about her. Kim likes Pete as well, but isn't rushing into anything serious."

According to the source, Kardashian has also been taking her 44-year-old rapper ex's feelings into consideration as she hangs out with Davidson.

"Kim has been protective of Kanye and his feelings and has been trying to keep her hangouts with Pete low-key because she doesn't know how he will react," the source added.

Kardashian and Davidson made headlines in late October after they were photographed holding hands during a rollercoaster ride at Knott's Scary Farm in Buena Park, California. Days later, they had dinner together in the comedian's hometown, Staten Island, New York, and then had another meet-up at Zero Bond, a private club in New York City.

Their outings came months after Kardashian filed for divorce from West in February following six years of marriage. They share daughters North, 8, and Chicago, 3, and sons Saint, 5, and Psalm, 2.

An unnamed source recently told Page Six that Kardashian's family was also concerned about West and feared that he might have a meltdown.

"Kanye recently said he still wants to be with her, so he can’t be taking this well," the source said, adding, "He just unfollowed her on Instagram, but we think it’s only a matter of time until Kanye has an outburst."

During a recent appearance in "Drink Champs," West referred to Kardashian as his "wife" multiple times. He also said he wanted to stay married to the reality star and claimed he hadn't seen any paperwork, even though it was reported in April that he had filed his response to Kardashian's divorce petition.

"My kids want their parents to stay together. I want us to be together," he said. "But if you look at the media, that's not what they're promoting. They want it to be a new wedding, a new episode, a new TV show. And then they have people all around in my wife's ear. That publicist, I don't f--k with her."

However, E! News later quoted an insider as saying that Kardashian has no plans to get back together with West. According to the source, the mother of four "tried for a long, long time" to make their marriage work and had already "reached her breaking point."

Just days after he made his comments about Kardashian, West was spotted with 22-year-old model Vinetria at his Donda Academy's debut basketball game in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Sunday.
