The unretouched photo spread showed Kourtney Kardashian after she lost 44 pounds following the birth of her daughter, Penelope, alongside a full-length interview with West Coast Bureau Chief Rebecca Bienstock, where she shares her diet and fitness secrets.

Kardashian, who said she now weighs 106 pounds, credits Tracy Anderson's workout and sticking to small portion sizes for helping her quickly shed the pounds.

Despite having given birth six months ago, Kourtney Kardashian admits that losing her post-baby weight was not as easy as the first time.

"It was harder to lose weight the second time around," she told Us. "I gained 45 pounds with Penelope."

Penelope, 6 months, was born in July 2012, while son, Mason, 3, was born in December 2009; their father is Kardashian’s partner, Scott Disick, 29.

Kardashian also told Us that with her second pregnancy, she was less focused on losing weight and more focused on being a mom.

"This time, the focus is really on being a mom and being present, knowing my priorities," Kardashian she said.
