KEY POINTS

  • Kris Jenner is reportedly petrified that her child Kylie Jenner will cutr her off from her deals
  • Kylie is reportedly not answering the momager's calls
  • Forbes removed the makeup mogul from its list of billionaires

Kylie Jenner was downright shaded by Forbes, which gave her the title as the youngest self-made billionaire after the magazine accused the social media superstar of lying by inflating her wealth. This, apparently, sent Kris Jenner, into haywire and she was left 'petrified.'

The Sun sources claimed the makeup maven refuses to answer the momager’s call after the malicious and bold accusations of Forbes were aired. Kris, who gets a portion of her children’s deals, allegedly went into panic mode once the news spread out.

"Kylie won’t answer the phone for Kris and is at a loss over who to trust. Kris is petrified Kylie could sack her or cut her off so tensions are at an all-time high," the insider said.

Forbes had denounced Kylie’s “web of lies,” just to inflate the success of her business. It further said that her family went to great lengths to make Kylie, the youngest of the reality clan, wealthier than she actually was. After dropping her from the billionaire’s list, the 22-year-old called out the magazine and questioned its reputation.

“What am i even waking up to. i thought this was a reputable site.. all i see are a number of inaccurate statements and unproven assumptions lol. i’ve never asked for any title or tried to lie my way there EVER. Period (sic),” Kylie’s tweet read.

After Forbes recalculated Kylie’s earnings, it allegedly found that she is not worth 10 figures. This made the entrepreneur slam the site for its accusations and later went on to say that she is not focused on how much money she makes.

Last year, it conferred Kylie as the youngest self-made billionaire at 21, which is largely due to her eponymous makeup line. She unseated Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook founder and CEO, who achieved the feat at 23.

Critics didn’t believe Kylie’s title, especially at the self-made description. Others lambasted the moniker because the voluptuous celebrity has been practically raised by a reality family.

Kylie sold 51 percent of her makeup line to cosmetics giant Coty for $600 million cash. Information from the company, which owns Estee Lauder and Revlon among many others, showed the newly acquired brand is “ significantly smaller and less profitable than the family has spent years leading the cosmetics industry and media outlets, including Forbes, to believe.”
